I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling. I know what that is like, as I too have ABSD and do not respond to botox. One thing you should keep in mind is that you have a disability and are covered under ADA. Your employer must make reasonable acommodations for you, both in applying for a job and when performing a job. I'm not sure what that means as a police officer, but I'm sure you will figure out what would help you. The ADA website has lots of information.
