Hey all, I have just received the diagnosis of SD (AD type) this past week and am scheduled for botox in a few weeks. It was presented as my only option - and from any research I've done seems the most likely to help. Has anyone found help in other ways? Also, any advice on calming oneself during the injections - I must admit I'm not a fan of needles! |
