Hi there,
I have had AD/SD for about 10 years. Last March I tried botox for the first time and really struggled with the 10 days of not having a voice..I just don't know if it's worth doing again. Has anyone had any experience with throat numbing sprays temporarily relieving symptoms? I know this wouldn't be a long term solution but I occasionally have to do presentations for work and my nerves seem to make my SD worst. Just wondering if a spray could help out in these situations. Any info would be much appreciated!Christina
