Yes when I saw a speech therapist a few months ago, she did a lot of massaging/manipulation on my throat. She told me my hyoid bone and the muscles around it were higher than they were supposed to be bc of my stress and straining. She did a lot of work on working to massage it to loosen and relax it and pull it down. |
