I feel for you man. I too had my voice as my soul and life...and at 47 lost 90% of it...and being in the recruiting business talking to people all day is near impossible for me.Fourtnately, I have good people working for me, so I do not need to be on the phones as long any more. and in Dec. last year, I had SLAD surg. in ca. with Dr. Berke...and I am 75% back to normal ....dont think it will ever be the same, but I am happy to have done it.
