Diagnosed today, some questions: swallowing problems and Anthem

I was told today (new diagnosis SD-AD) that the injections can cause problems swallowing and I have to "be careful" not to swallow the wrong way. Is this a problem for you ? How serious is it? Does it last throughout treatment? Anthem will cover the Botox injections, I assume, but has anyone had problems with coverage? Thank you from a new member.
