Edit
Thank you for your inspiration. I have been struggling with ADSD for almost 2 years and have just began using a voice amplifier. It definitely helps, even through the breaks. My kids whisper, when I whisper and have learned to read my lips through the breaks. They have to intently focus on me. I, too, have resorted to alternative teaching methods - but I've always been a show me type of teacher. I have been blessed with faculty, staff, and administration who are all very supportive. Being an assistant principal has been quite challenging, and my parents are very understanding. Thanks again!
