I have just been diagnoised with above after 12 yrs of visiting many drs & therapist & taking different meds none of which worked. I was given my 1st botox inj. a week ago & it too has failed. I understand that it's more common to have to have a few injections before it works for ad but am I once again going in the wrong direction. I also saw on the diagnostic sheet from my Neurologist he has listed myasthenia gravis- checked it out & it too involves muscles throughout the body- wondering if anyone knows if these 2 conditions are related. Dr. didn't mention it to me & I noticed it written down after I got home or I would have questioned him. I'm just really dizzy from going in circles with this problems.
