Hi..Yes..It happens to me..Not a nice experience..But, since my Doctor halved the amount of general anesthetic that he uses before proceeding with the botox injections it has made a noticeable difference with the choking sensation & I manage with the bit of discomfort that comes with the botox injections even though the anesthetic dosage isn't as strong as when I first started having treatment in 2004..Maybe you could mention that to your Doctor & ask if you could have less anesthetic with your next botox injection..Regards..Jenni Marsh ADSD since 2002
