Edit
Hi, there,

The NSDA has printed resources on a whole host of jobs that don't require a lot of speaking, how to do well in jobs that do require a lot of speaking, how to keep a job (if one is currenty employed) once diagnosed with SD, how to get a job when you have SD, handling interviews, resources such as vocational rehabilitation, etc.

Anyone who is interested can e-mail nsda@dysphonia.org for this printed information and they can e-mail or snail mail it to you.

It is an excellent compilation of info. and may make you aware of options and services that will enhance your ability to find a job.

Just contact the NSDA: nsda@dysphonia.org

I could outline some of it here, but you may as well just get the comprehensive stuff we have on hand in our office.

Laurie
