I am also on the quest for finding the correct dosage. I received my first shots of 1.0 in Dec which gave me about one week of a clear, good, fairly strong voice. I sounded like my "old self", however, that didn't last. My voice then turned hoarse and broke more, the louder I got. I barely could call my daughter's name in the next room which makes my job of teaching difficult. I have chosen to be out on leave until this all gets figured out. I just had my second shots a few days ago of 1.25 this time. It has helped to read many of your posts on the days I feel so impatient.
