I know of some abductor SD patients who have had consistent good results with Botox injections. I know of some abductor SD patients who have been helped with surgery. I know of some abductor SD patients who have used voice therapy in conjunction with Botox injections and have been pleased with the outcome.

On the other hand, I am also aware of some abductor SD patients who have not been pleased with the results they have received from treatment. Most people say that having an experienced ENT handling your SD care is what is crucial.
