Edit
I get Botox injections about once every 3 months. It took a while for the body to adjust to them, but it has most definitely improved my voice. What has also helped is Klonopin, inexpensive drug used for anxiety and Parkinson's patients. It helps control the spasms. I take .5 twice a day. It has really helped -- because it has shown success with Parkinsons patients makes sense it would help with the "quivering" of the voice. Finally a non-scientfic "trick" I found works. I bought some swimmer's wax and put it one year. It might be "all in my head", but whatever, it also helps. Just some thoughts. Good luck! If you have Ad-ductor dysphonia, NYU is conducting clinical trials for Botox. Go to NIH website for info.
