Edit
Yes, I am very happy with my Botox injections so far although I have only had four treatments to date. Each treatment has been better then the last. My dose has remained unchanged since the second shot. The first 30 days of side effects (breathly, weak voice, swallow problems, sore throat) are quite tolerable. However, I did just purchase a voice amplifier to get me through the weak breathy voice periods.
(I do some teaching, public speaking, and retail sales in my work.) I have good voice for 3 months before it declines. By journaling and tracking my side effects and voice quality daily I can now predict with good certainty when the next voice treatment should be scheduled. If i receive my next shot at around 4 months, most people don't notice my SD. If I wait 4.5 months, people start noticing. For me the decline is quick (about 2 weeks). I feel in control of my SD. So far the disease with treatments has given me good consistant results that I can now plan my life around. I fear, without the treatments I would have had to give up my both my jobs. I have ADSD for two years.
