I've had SD for 20 years now and have been receiving botox injetions for about 18 years. I would definitely suggest Dr. Glenden Gardner, Otolaryngologist at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit. He and his partner started me with my botox for about 16 years. Then my insurance changed and I now see Dr. Adam Folbe, otolaryngologist through DMC who works with the neurologist at DMC, Dr. Edwin George. They are now the Drs who give my injections about every 3 months. I highly recommend Dr. Gardner or Dr. Folbe. You will be very satisfied!
