I get pretty good results from botox on a consistent basis, but several doctors have said that I am fairly easy to inject. I have been particularily satisfied with the unilateral shots. I have practically no breathy period and the results stay pretty consistent if I do it once every three months. Do not give up on botox! It is the best thing that they've got for SD right now. You might have to experiment with the dosage, placement, doctor, etc. Good Luck!
