I get consistently excellent results from Botox to the point where it's not like having a voice disorder at all. I receive unilateral injections every three months.To get consistently good results, one often has to work with one's doctor to figure out a good dosing system and not just throw one's hands in the air if not happy at first.
I'd be extremely unhappy if I had to live with the symptoms of SD. Knowing me, I don't think I'd ever get used to it. But that's just me. My tolerance for symptoms is next to non-existent.
