Hello, with my first shot I had 5 weeks of breathiness - of that 2.5 weeks I had no voice quality at all. My voice was a complete whisper. After that my voice quality improved to 100% and lasted for 3.5 months. I've just returned from my second shot. Based on my breathy period they reduced the amount of the injection by a third. I'm in day 3 and haven't completely lost my voice as I did the first time. I'm hopeful that I will have the similar results with voice quality with the reduction in Botox.
