Shadow, there are several things you can do, being that you belong to an HMO, first i would file a formal complaint with Kaiser's patient advocate, i would also file a formal complaint with your city / state health commisioner which regulates all health Insurance company's. You may also want to have your family lawyer send them a little note, and lastly, notify your local Americans with Disability Agency. In other words set a fire under these people, you will get action. When we sit in a corner quietly with our disability and say nothing, we are often ignored. Good Luck
