Perhaps you have a person who can assist you with this? Since you say your voice is very bad maybe things would get moving a bit if you had your helper make the call and speak to people in a strong voice about getting things done right now! Of course you would have to get on the phone to assent to the helper speaking for you (privacy issues in the US). People SAY they don't discriminate, but I find sometimes that things go a lot easier if my husband or daughter gets on the phone with a loud, strong voice. Thank goodness for them!
