I have had SD for 19 years and botox for most of the last 17years. In 2001 botox didn't work anymore and 2 local doctors thought I was immune and sent me to NC for possible surgery. It turned out that I just needed a larger dose of botox and I have been getting botox with good success ever since. What dose have you been getting? Did they try larger dose? Carol
