Hi,
I had an appointment for a botox injection on 5/27/09. Three weeks before I received a call that the doctor was going on a leave of absence and they are referring me out of the network. The new doctor couldnt get me in for an initial consultation until 6/15/09.The appointment went as expected but they couldn't schedule me until 6/30/09. Today I get a call cancelling the appointment because the paperwork is filled out wrong. I don't know what to do. It's been 5months since my last injection and I can barely speak (4months is the longest I can make it.) I also won't be able to go back to work. Any idea of questions or statement I can make to speed up the process??
