The Nashville SD Regional Symposium presented by the NSDA and the Vanderbilt Voice Center on 6/20/09 was an enormous success. The expert speakers from Vanderbilt University were informative and compassionate. They included two Speech Language Pathologists, an ENT, and a neurologist. The five members of The Nashville SD Support Group who spoke about living with SD were inspirational. It was a wonderful day of fellowship, information, and support. If at all possible, please make plans to attend the next NSDA Regional Symposium which will take place on Saturday, 10/3/09, in San Diego, CA. NSDA Regional Symposiums are just one of the many programs and services which are provided by the patient-driven non-profit, the NSDA.Sincerely,
