Edit
Sarah, I'm sure you must feel frustrated. Unfortunately, the Botox injections are not an exact science. Each person seems to vary in their results and even vary with different rounds of injections for the same individual. I hope you went on and called your Doctor. Perhaps your dosage will have to be increased - and the next time you may get longer lasting results. If you read some of the threads posted after yours - a number of people seem to be experimenting with not talking immediately after their injections. That might be something you'd want to try next time. I learned this past Botox trip that it also seems to produce better results if you don't let your voice go too far downhill before you go in the the next injection. My doctor advised me to call within a week or two of my voice taking a turn for the worse. I can usually gauge this by using the telephone. When it is bad people always think we have a bad connection and want to call back - or the automated voice prompts the on phone lines either can't understand me or misunderstand me.( At that point I usually end up frustrated and just gobble like a turkey - they really can't figure that one out and I get a live person!) I know then my voice quality is sinking for sure!I do hope your next injections last you longer - and I think your doctor can work with you so they should. Don't give up - Hey, at least you had a little time of good voice and you are learning how to work with the Botox.
