Has anyone ever got botox for one vocal cord? I had a left laryngeal nerve resection back in 1991 for ADSD at Duke, and my voice has done pretty well up until now. I am beginning to have voice breaks again, mostly when I am tired or stressed, which seems to be most of the time lately. Any feedback I can get would be much appreciated. I have read alot of postings about choking after botox, and this kind of scares me since I only have one working vocal cord. I live in Elizabethton,Tennessee and would probably have to travel if I decided to have it. Anybody know of a good Doctor in Nashville at the voice center?? or any place close by
