Thanks Alex and Mary for your replies! I'm so excited to know someone in Maui, now Alex, and even better.....we share SD!!!!! A friend who understands. I checked out the dysphonia.org website and 2 doctors are in Honolulu who treat SD. I actually had my injections today in Atlanta and asked about a referral and my Dr suggested the same website.
