I did have differing results for different rounds of injections. For the most part, I had a great voice for the first 24 hours after the Botox - andwould proceed to do all the talking I could those first 24 hours! These last two times, I've tried not talking the first 24 hours- which seems to be better for me. It is a good idea to keep some sort of a diary - which I am not faithful to do - so you can better remember the results.That way you and your doctor can make any alterations to your dosage that might help.Hang in there and give it a few days.
