I had my first botox injection 2 months ago. I just got back to having a normal voice about a week or two ago. I woke up Sunday to my voice sounding horrible. It seemed to get a better as the day went on but it was still very tired. Today has been the worst, it takes a lot of effort to produce voice and it does seem to "drop out" randomly. I am not sure how the transition back to SD symptom voice typically happens. I am concerned that the botox is wearing off but it seems odd to me that it would wear off so quickly. I was going to wait a day or two and see if my voice improves before I contact my ENT. Any suggestions or has anyone else had this experience? Sarah
