hi everyone,
I've had ad-sd for about 12 years now. never wanted to go the botox route so I've just been living with the bad voice all these years....could be worse, right? Anyway, wondering if people have noticed how much certain normal food and drinks affect the voice....for example I've noticed that my voice really shuts down after drinking coffee. Anybody else notice that---caffeine -nerve stimulant. Also anybody have luck with Delsym or Sucrets? Just curious. Aloha. Alex
