I believe that's a normal reaction you're having. I have had a similar experience with Botox since I started taking it twelve years ago. The first 2 days after the shot my voice sounds good, then I go through a period of breathiness(4-5 weeks) in which I sound like I have laryngitis. Then, after that, I get a "Mickey Mouse" voice for about a week. So, it takes me about 6 weeks to get a strong voice. In my case, the shot lasts about 3 months.I hope this helps. Take care, Bira
