I'm very active in politics, have served in elected positions, and still volunteer to help candidates I believe in (too much according to my speech therapist). ;-)

Anyway, our local election was today and our candidates needed more help with the phone banks, which is something I haven't been able to do. However, I tried out this website and tested it on several friends who said it was terrific. So, I wrote out my message and then started dialing numbers. When a person or answering machine picked up, I would hit "speak" and hold my phone up to the computer speaker. When the message was over, I hang up. It sounded just like one of those automated message systems that some candidates spend so much money on.

"Crystal" and I made more than 200 phone calls.
