I had to laugh last night while watching Oprah's new show The Big Give, because one of her contestants who is very well spoken was having a hard time with an automated system over the phone & was very frustrated & thought "maybe it really does happen to everybody." Anyway, I wanted to let you know that my cell phone company charges $5 to speak w/ a live operator too(how rediculous, I know), but anyway, when I let the operator know I have a voice disorder & the automated system would not respond, she waived the fee.
