Hi Jill,I am 35 and have been living with SD since the age of 12 (1985) but was not diagnosed officially until 1996. This was a question I posed on this board a couple of years back so it's nice to see I'm not the only one in this age group dealing with it. I wouldn't mind receiving the published information as well. Please let me know how I can get this information. Just curious to know how those in my generation handled high school and college and then finding jobs while having SD ? Also, is there a support group in Southern California specfically for those under 40 living with SD ? I went to a support group years ago in the Valley and although it was somewhat informative, I felt really out of the loop because most of the attendees were over 60 and didn't really understand the struggle I had with finding a job with SD and being fresh out of college with no experience at the time. Thanks for listening to my ramblings. If there's anyone in S. Cali under 40 living with this, I'd love to speak with you.
