Yes, my worst nightmare is the voice robot. I, too, have learned the pressing 0 routine. But, get this, Dish Network has changed their little maze (the old one I could do with no speaking)--last time I called, after the third try, the little voice robot offered to send me to customer assistance "but, there will be a $5 charge for this service." I hung up, called later, and finally got my bill paid. I wrote Dish a scathing letter, but have received no reply (surprise). I would love comments/help/suggestions; I'm thinking maybe wait till a good voice day in a couple of weeks (just had my injections) and try that?? I was furious.
