I had my first Botox injections (1.5 units) 5 days ago. My voice was fine for a 2 days and then bam! when I woke up on the 3rd had no voice. I am too wondering how long it will last but just have to learn how to relax. I have not had the problems with the swallowing but do find it a little hard to clear my throat and cough correctly.
