Spasmodic Dysphonia Bulletin Board

I was very chuffed at being asked, well, initially, then I felt a bit daunted, but told myself to do it anyway! .... and it went well ...I am lucky that my last injection worked quite well ... so I am very thankful for that ...

But, also, I am realising in life, that sometimes , even when I feel a little anxious or afraid about doing something, I sometimes just need to carry on with what ever it is, and often I'm pleasantly suprised by the outcome ...
