According to Allergan´s product description the initial effect of injection is noticed after 2-3 days and the maximum effect is obtained after 1-2 weeks. I have maximum effect 10 days after injection. I think you can expect several weeks of breathy or even whispering voice. I select a low dose to get a weak but not breathy or whispering voice on day 10 after injection. I do not accept a breathy or whispering voice.
