Hi Mr. VoiceGuy, do you have the same symptoms when you're talking to your close family/friends? If you do, I think you can probably rule out your voice is caused by anxiety/nervousness. For me, I have the same symptom even when talking to my wife, my little kids, my parents, my siblings, etc. I don't think there are any reasons I need to nervous about when talking to them.
