I was asked by my new Manager if I would sit on an interview panel, which I've never done before. I think I was just as nervous as the people being interviewed! as I was quite worried about my voice, but I just said to them to ask me to repeat the question if they didn't hear me, and it went well. Sounds daft - but feel quite thrilled that I did it! Another little step forward ... Snowie
