Do you have AD or AB? I have AB and I've never had any problems with swallowing liquids after Botox injections. I've had both unilateral and bilateral. I don't get a huge improvement in my voice, but it's enough of an improvement, plus complete elimination of the muscle spasms, to make it worthwhile for me.With most people, after 24-72 hours, you may notice that your voice is a little breathier.
